Sea Moss: Is Nature's Nutrient-Rich Superfood


Sea moss, also known as Irish moss, or in this case (we harvest Genus Gracilaria), which is a type of algae found along the coasts of the Atlantic Ocean, especially in regions like Ireland, the Caribbean, and North America. Scientifically mostly known as Chondrus crispus, sea moss has been used for centuries in various cultures for its nutritional and medicinal properties. In recent years, it has gained popularity as a superfood, touted for its myriad health benefits.
